Slumberjack: check – managed to sleep 8h yay! Also was in bed on time too!
Snack attack: no snacks were had, but then again, I did have very big, junkfood meals. I really need to look into low effort recipes to get myself to eat at least somewhat healthier and be able to stick to smaller portions.
Push-up challenge: rest day.
Walking: been a couch potato all day. Well, apart from getting some stuff done that needed doing.
I tend to be on my phone much when I’m in bed. I’m so glad I’m blocking the screen now. For some reason my hands need to be busy. That’s why I love to crochet. It can easily been done in front of the TV
