Daily facebook check-in

Slumberjack: getting a little bit better at going to bed in time. Did wake up 2 hours early, so am totally knackered and struggled to stay awake when a co-worker was talking about some really interesting stuff. Clear sign of piled up sleep deprivation.

Snack attack: forgot to bring a snack to work, ended up snacking on some cold meats while cooking dinner. I was starving! Overall, I tend to snack when I’m tired or bored/it is there. No surprises there. Now it’s time to stock up the pantry with some healthy choices!

Did the push-up challenge. Must be doing something right (I hope) as my arms feel like rubber now 😂 the negative push-up is hard though. I’m seriously lacking upper body strength to go slow all the way. I’m sure practice will eventually sort that out.

Did not go for a walk. Did walk yesterday after dinner btw!

I will not go out of my way to save face. Most embarrassments are over just like that. If I do make a mistake, I own up to make sure things don’t fester or get harder than they need to be. Having said all that: I’m human and have sometimes worked to save face. Didn’t always work though.
