Can’t say I’ve ever participated in a Kickstarter. Never even considered it. Don’t you risk losing your money if they don’t make their goal or if they turn out to be frauds?

As for drinking water, I used to have a 2 liter water bottle in which I marked levels for every two hours. That had to be finished before I left the office. Then at home I would drink another 2 to 4 glasses.

Sleep: slept quite alright. Woke up early enough to put the paper out to be picked up for recycling, which thankfully starts late as it’s volunteers who pick it up.

Snack attack: been stress eating… I was about to order take away when I decided to have a look in my fridge and found a much healthier option and had that. Then went food shopping and managed to avoid picking up unhealthy snacks as I was nicely full from dinner. Dinners are still a big issue here. I have no problems doing meal preps for breakfast, lunch and snacks, but dinners… Nope.

Push-up challenge: I’m a bit sore, in part from a stiff muscle in my neck, in part, I think, from poor posture. I can’t tell whether I’m doing the planks right and the negative push-ups are very difficult as I just plummet down halfway. Still going to stick with it though!

Not been walking other than for shopping.

Studying is going alright though I’m not yet as far with it as I wanted to be for today. Brain gave out halfway through the afternoon and I started to nod off. Took a 1 hour nap and then continued. Will have to take care that I don’t keep going too late today or I’ll be setting myself up for misery.
