Sorry for not checking in yesterday. Not been feeling well since yesterday evening.
Did my push-up challenge. My form in the adjusted exercises is getting better! I love doing them in the evening as I do my meal prep for the next day between reps.
Completed snack attack.
Paused the nutrition adventure as I barely ate anything anyway.
Will need to pick a new adventure tomorrow. Great thing to do during the nearly 4 hours on public transport tomorrow.
I love the idea of the dial on routines. I’m trying to come up with a way to apply it to cooking dinner. That’s the one thing still tripping me up. I’ve asked a friend for help and he has already told me he is willing to help, buy is also very busy with his private dining business. We’ll see whether he can find the time. In the mean time, I’m trying to come up with things myself.
