Slumberjack got mucked up and I’m so annoyed. I actually went to bed on time and managed to doze off when some idiot decided to app a (normally quiet) group I’m in at 11.30pm. Though I have no notification sounds, my Fitbit was on vibrate and woke me up. I then spent a couple of hours awake until I had enough, found out that I can use the Balance app for free for a year, installed that and did a 10 minute sleep/relaxation exercise. I feel asleep shortly after. Until my mobile provider decided to text me early in the morning. Sigh. At least quality of sleep was good.
Walk: check.
Push-up challenge: check. I am struggling with the negative push-up though. I plummet halfway down. The rest of it goes fine, paid attention to where my elbows are and that does make things easier.
Snack attack: had 6 pieces of sushi without sauce.
Went to my parents to help mom drop off her car at the garage as she doesn’t manage to walk the distance anymore and the garage requested her to drop off the car herself as they didn’t have time to pick it up. Thankfully they will drop off the car when it’s done. Stayed for dinner and had a good time with my folks
