I do this through going out to see someone. Due to covid, only a select few family members right now. I also do self-affirmation and in the past I’ve been in therapy. I try to do things I enjoy every day, like playing piano, crochet and such.
I used to have a group of friends I chatted with on a daily basis, but the group has fallen apart. We’re all still friends, but the mental health off loading got too much for some, which is understandable. Everyone needs to do what’s best for them. I do miss it though. Not sure how I am going to replace that. And I don’t even mean in terms of talking mental health stuff, but just human contact, you know…
