Christine I keep being amazed how many quests and side quests you’re on! Not long till level π― I’m sure. You rock!
Daily fail, funny you should mention that. Remember I said yesterday that I was going to do the push-up challenge after posting? I got completely side tracked and then forgot about it π So I did it just now.
I’ve also started on the hike to the ant hill of doom. Literally decided on that right after the push-ups. Five minutes walking around in my flat.
Nutrition lvl 3: checked the nutritional values for my breakfast.
I only did my nutrition quest today. I woke up with a massive headache as I didn’t sleep well. Not surprising since I binged yesterday. Got rid of the worst off it and went to work feeling blah. Until I saw my desk! My co-workers also got us a lovely chocolate cake and made my day amazing. Even more so because two of them were feeling blah as well. Shared misery is half the misery, or so we say in the Netherlands!
I finished another cleaning job, this time outside on the gallery to my apartment. My arms were complaining as I was pretty much doing a one armed wall push-up while cleaning π. I decided to accept that the push-up challenge will not continue until Sunday evening and to not feel bad about it as the cleaning I did over the past few days has kept me pretty active and feeling accomplished. Only have my bedroom and bathroom left to go, but they’ll have to wait till after the weekend.
Tomorrow morning will be a bit busy with church stuff and shopping and the last touches to cleaning. After that, it’s birthday time! I’ve only invited my favourite family members for Saturday and Sunday. Most are staying for dinner as well. And since cooking stresses me out too much, it’s going to be junkfood. Since I’ll be eating in company, I know I won’t overeat.
I may or may not check in this weekend. Will be back on Monday if I don’t.
My first of the month was so so.
I binged again. I kinda felt like an addict going through withdrawal. Meh, tomorrow’s another day.
Nutrition 2: started the day off with the extra glass of water and actually drank more water than usual, which is good π
Postponing push-ups till tomorrow as my arms are sore from putting together a cabinet.
Work was fun, though a bit distracting with my co-workers around. At least they keep me from working nonstop! Had a funny 5 minute team meeting. It was about socializing really, but everyone had loads to do due to a big meeting next Tuesday. So we cancelled the meeting right after our boss joined π
Fried brain here due to meetings. Received a box of prank gifts from my friends for my birthdayβ¦ NSFW So don’t ask π
Various things are relaxing. Reading, playing piano (even though I’m just a beginner), going for a walk, crochet. I used to say gaming as well, but no matter how short or long I play, it doesn’t feel restful in anyway, which is an important factor in relaxing for me.
Push-up challenge: done
Nutrition: drank more water. Even though I drink water 90% of the time, I do not always drink enough as I do not have a very strong thirst reflex. So I’m finding this adventure more helpful than I thought it would be.
