On this page and others, I will be collecting various resources to help with “self-care”. This can be about how to cheer yourself up, dealting with mental health issues, a bit of fitness; whatever I come across that I think may be useful. Yes, I could easily just bookmark everything, but in my case that means that I may as well toss everything into a blackhole. If I don’t see it, I can’t/won’t do anything with it.
My rules:
- Never skip something two days in a row
 - Be kind to myself; this includes forgiving myself
 - 5 or more self-affirmations a day

 - Walk at least 10 minutes a day
 - Journal for at least 5 minutes a day
 - Book walking to train grip
 - Plan for days and years, not weeks and months
 - When creating a new habit, try to connect it to something you already do
